Prior to Implementation:
-Prep instructions for space necessary and agenda for our visit
-Prep instructions for all the cards intended to scan
-Development of an E-Commerce website (if applicable)
-Set up the necessary subscriptions for service plans, maintenance programs, and third-party applications for both AI and cloud storage
-Procurement of the necessary software, hardware, and equipment necessary to perform the "Up and Running" Program
We arrive on location with all the necessary software tools and equipment to train your staff to facilitate the following:
-Inventory (scan cards)
-Index (categorize for website)
-Integrate (3rd party applications necessary)
-Implement (all new systems)
-Install (all new equipment)
After completion and prior to leaving your location:
We conduct advanced training on all new systems to include but not limited to:
-POS (Point-of-Sale) technology and equipment
-Inventory Management of both the software and the scanning equipment
-Guidance and consultation for suggested SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for your own sustainability and continued growth
